Home-made fried bananas with cinnamon and honey. Give it your kids along with the meals or serve it as a snack with milk/yoghurt on the side. Bananas are a powerhouse of nutrients good for bones and heart ππ. Add banana in different forms to your kid’s daily diet.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- Salter butter - 1-inch cube
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
Steps:
2. Spread banana pieces evenly in the pan. And let them cook from one side for 1 minute till they become a little brown.
4. Serve hot. It goes well with vanilla ice cream on the side.
